Tackling Life One Task At A Time!!!!!

OK,  folks so this past week has been a bugger bear for me. Little "B" has gotten sick and Mr. "C' has been wrapped up in work and I've been sticking to my workouts. But, I have a small confession to make, I've had some vegan carrot cake. I did not eat the icing, though I really wanted to.
The stress of seeing my sweet baby girl not feeling well got to me. So I went to Whole Foods and got some stuff for her and mama got herself some vegan carrot cake.

Now as I sit for this moment to myself and think and realize that I have to tackle one task at a time or else I'll be eating a whole vegan carrot cake.

So how do you handle stress or stressful moments??  I'll check in with you tomorrow to find out!!

Hi All, See the the link and video of this AWESOME 19 year old who was made into a Bikini Model, I for one enjoyed this video and it hits home for me. I totally love it when people reach their goal and get out of their comfort zone. I for one have to work on this. I somehow get to the gym and as I am being pushed beyond my limits I get a little scared of what I can actually do and then shut down. I'm a work in progress and this young lady has helped me see past the fear. Check it out!!!

Back from the Break with some treats to tell you about

Hello It's me !!, Yes, I know where the heck have I been?? Well I'll tell ya' BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!! But looks like things are slowing down a bit here. Mr. C. and Little Miss B have me going all the time.

I have made some lifestyle changes as well, I am focusing more on fitness and nutrition for myself and my family. I love being able to workout for more than 30 min. now that miss B is in school 3 days a week. I have also applied to become a SWEAT Pink Ambassador. I love being able to share my passion for exercise with others and help motivate women to reach higher and work harder to get out of their comfort zone. I will forever be grateful to the folks who pushed me.

Now, something I haven't told you about, I have signed up to receive the several boxes of goodies in the mail. (Don't ya just loooove opening present in the mail?) I had been waiting all  week and finally they came my Birchbox and drum roll please...... My Bulu Box. Just in case your not sure what Bulu is, it's "the first vitamin and supplement nutrition sample box".

Sorry I've Been M.I.A., I have a good excuse I promise!

OK, so I've been missing in the blog world for a min. or three (lol) but I have been really into starting my own Little REVOLUTION and getting to know me again. I was so unhappy with my weight and how I looked in clothes. SO.... One of my really good girlfriends told me about how she lost her weight in just 90 days and I was totally curious and really not believing her, I thought that she went and had weight loss surgery but come to find out she didn't.

The product she used along with exercising is the 90 day fitness challenge by Body By Vi, so she gave me some to try and it was DELISH!!!! and I could not believe that this was a protein nutritional shake that really taste like cake!!! I was curious and wanted to know more so Long story short I tried it loved it and lost 23lbs I have some pics to prove it below. fyi. (the pics are taken with my cell phone so the quality is not the best)

So as of late I have been promoting the Challenge and helping others begin their Revolution to the road of good health. Remember my healthy isn't your healthy do what works for you as long as it's safe, natural and productive.  Please see my website let me know you were there and if you would like to become part of the challenge, You won't regret it, I know I sure don't.
